Key Responsibilities

Master various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Comprehend and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Evaluate welds for quality assurance and adherence to standards.
Maintain and repair welding equipment for optimal performance.
Collaborate in a team to handle projects within schedule and financial constraints.
Implement safety measures, maintaining cleanliness and order.
Assist and nurture development of junior welders when necessary.

Qualifications and Expertise

Diploma or an equivalent with vocational welding training.
Holding a welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) or be certifiable.
Proven success in welding with a comprehensive portfolio.
Knowledgeable of welding equipment and safety guidelines.
Excellent comprehension of technical documents and blueprints.
Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on ensuring quality.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adept in team settings or independently.
