Are you an experienced Underground Utility Foreman looking for your next career opportunity? We are partnering with a leading utility consulting and construction company based in Torrance, CA, to find a skilled professional to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation of wet and dry utility systems, including utility conduits and structure/vault setups.
• Oversee and manage installations for phone/communications, gas, water, and sewer lines.
• Conduct excavation, saw cutting, and concrete/asphalt repairs.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards and company guidelines.
• Manage a crew, providing hands-on leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform additional tasks as required by management to ensure project completion.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Proven experience in underground utility installation (conduit, vaults, gas, water, sewer, etc.).
• Expertise in leading teams and overseeing utility construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
