What you'll do...
Manager, Walmart Creator Operations
We're looking for a Manager of Walmart Creator Operations. Walmart Creator is our one-stop portal that makes it easy for creators to monetize shoppable Walmart products. This person will be responsible for operational functions including brand safety, social moderation of creator content, creator communications, creator vetting strategy, and much more.
You'll work with our Legal, Marketing, Social, Content & Influencer, Product, and Tech teams, to manage Walmart Creator operations and ensure they are running smoothly. You will work on one of the most entrepreneurial marketing roles at Walmart, as we build a creator ecosystem from the ground up and solidify our position as a leader in the content to commerce space
Implement and continuously improve Walmart’s brand safety guidelines into our Walmart Creator content to develop a trusted and safe community. Contribute to, enforce, and communicate our philosophy, policies and processes to partners and creators
Develop strategies and guidelines on how we vet and accept creators to ensure content is in line with Walmart brand
Moderate creator content inclusive of @walmartcreator and Walmart Creator social posts
Develop scorecards, operational KPIs and regular reporting on the analytics for the above
You will build strong relationships and help solve any complicated problems with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Legal, Social Moderation, Product and PR. Partner with cross-site teams on content that will be featured on Walmart properties
Document and communicate best practices & processes to creators including resources, upcoming promotions, and more
Provide updates for internal stakeholders and leadership
Marketing leader with 4+ years of deep functional leadership experience in operations, including social moderation, brand safety, PR, analytics (a plus) *Within Influencer Marketing a plus
You prefer excel workbooks and are data driven
Expertise in social players/networks and how creators are using them
You have an eye towards building new processes and frameworks that promote scalability
Builder mentality, ability to build programs from the ground up

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
