Transaction Coordinator – In-Office Role Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a structured environment? The Renee White Team is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks seamlessly. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Walnut Creek, CA. Responsibilities: Transaction Management • Oversee and manage all real estate transactions from listing to closing • Ensure all transaction files are accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations • Track contract deadlines, contingencies, and key milestones to ensure a smooth closing process • Prepare, review, and distribute contracts, disclosures, and addenda • Maintain secure and organized digital files in KW Command and Google Drive Communication & Coordination • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and title companies • Provide transaction updates and address inquiries in a professional, proactive manner • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments • Identify and resolve potential delays to keep transactions on track Compliance & Documentation • Stay informed about real estate laws, CAR contracts, and industry best practices • Ensure all required documents are completed accurately and submitted on time • Work closely with the team to maintain compliance and streamline operations Qualifications: • Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and details efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) • Experience with real estate software such as KW Command, AFrame, FUB is a plus • Familiarity with CAR contracts and California real estate processes is a plus • California Real Estate License is preferred or willingness to obtain one (this is not a sales position) About Company: The Renée White Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service through expertise and commitment.
