We are seeking a **Technical Recruiter** to source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for **Software Engineering** and **Mechanical Engineering** roles. You'll use tools like **PeopleGPT** and **Juicebox AI** to identify talent. While candidates can be based globally, their LinkedIn profiles must list the **United States** as their location.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Sourcing**: Use PeopleGPT and Juicebox AI to find candidates with the required qualifications and technical skills for the roles. Ensure their LinkedIn location is set to the U.S.
* **Screening**: Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles to assess technical fit. Only submit candidates who meet the role's requirements.
* **Submitting Candidates**: For each assigned role, submit **three candidates** per week with:
* LinkedIn profile link
* Resume
* Candidate write-up detailing qualifications and fit
* Two versions of the resume: one with contact info and one with info blurred
* **Communication**: Engage candidates via **Google Voice** (California number) using text, email, or phone, during **1:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST** (**11:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST**).
* **Outreach and Metrics**:
* Send **40 outreach messages per day** to identify three candidates per role
* Submit **9 candidates per week** (3 for each role)
* **Role Assignment**: You'll work on up to **three roles** per month, depending on the business's needs.
* **First-Month Goal**: Successfully place one candidate in your first month (submitted candidates must be interviewed and offered the role).
* **Reporting**: Submit a daily email summarizing candidates, including resumes, write-ups, and LinkedIn profiles, in one email.
**Compensation:**
* **Hourly Pay**: $5 per hour for sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates
* **Commission**: $500 per candidate after **90 days** if they accept the role and remain with the company for the full 90 days. Commission is paid quarterly.
**Requirements:**
* **Experience**: Proven track record sourcing **Software Engineers** and **Mechanical Engineers** with a good understanding of technical skills.
* **Laptop**: A personal laptop capable of running necessary tools.
* **Internet**: A stable, high-speed internet connection (internet speed test required).

* Not all candidates will be interviewed or offered the role.
* Your goal is to submit highly qualified candidates that meet the technical needs of the role.
* Ensure LinkedIn profiles list **United States** as the location.
* Work **15 hours per week**, from **1:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST** (**11:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST**).
* Commission is earned after a candidate is hired and stays for **90 days**.
* Submit **3 candidates per role per week** and send **40 outreach messages per day** to meet your metrics.
