What You'll Bring:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
Credentials: An active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) and an active PTIN.
Passion: A dedication to helping clients through tax complexities and enhancing our brand by delivering exceptional service.
Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently through video and audio tools.
What You'll Need:

Internet Connection: A dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets security criteria.
Availability: A willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Your Role:

Customer Support: Assist customers with their tax preparation using TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, and manage product inquiries.
Research: Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers in everyday language.
Communication: Use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
