As our Supply Chain Manager , you’ll be a driving force behind our tabletop game E2E execution. Beyond functional expertise, your role is about influence, action and elevating critical thinking. You’ll proactively find opportunities, streamline processes, and implement best practices—no waiting for directives. Dive into the details: considering production & material lead times, capacity, demand fluctuations, and game release schedules. From printing game components through distributing to our customers, you’ll optimize every step, sleeves rolled up. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—supply chain, finance and commercial teams—to set shared goals seamlessly. Join us in shaping the future of Wizards' Supply Chain organization!

What You'll Do:

  • Supply Chain Principles & Standards: Apply lean or simple problem solving methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency. Establishing a supply chain brand of continuous improvement.
  • Technology Adoption & Application : Assess supply chain technologies (such as AI, blockchain, and IoT) and evaluate their potential impact. Implement relevant tools to optimize processes and enhance speed & visibility.
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop risk assessment & management strategies to increase supply chain resiliency (e.g., natural disasters, geopolitical events, or supplier issues) and solidify business resiliency.
  • Inventory Management : Setting the strategic direction for inventory management and flo.
  • 0w across internal and 3P distribution network.
  • Production Plan & Forecasting: Partner in setting the strategic direction for production strategy & component forecasting.
  • Process Development: Aid in and lead the development of critical E2E processes to assure seamless execution, clear protocols and responsibilities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10+yrs in the supply chain function, specifically in the planning, ERP systems, project coordination, process development and distribution.
  • 5+ years using MS Excel, SQL, or other related data analysis tools
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • 3+ years in a production, fulfillment, or planning environment
  • 3+ years experience and success at leading cross functional programs
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with Six Sigma/Lean, network modeling and Operational Excellence
  • The ability to use both formal and informal influencing skills across cross-matrixed organizations

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $116,755
  • Pay Range End: $164,280
