The Cloud and Infrastructure team is a worldclass delivery group that builds and maintains the underpinnings of our technology environment. We are multiple product and platform teams that share a passion for continuous and highquality delivery and work closely with our internal teams and our business partners. With these business and technology partners we cocreate a powerful roadmap to deliver amazing experiences to our guests with innovation value and reliability.

A day in the life:

• As a Solution Architect you will be able to architect design and build flexible scalable and resilient and secure products. As a true teammate you will partner closely with Product Owners Project Managers and Scrum Masters to develop relationships manage project scope and ensure technical deliverables are met.
• Will exercise independent skill judgment and collaborate in developing recommendations and solutions to business issues. This position works closely with a diverse team of architects engineers support staff developers quality assurance analysts business analysts project managers and other colleagues. We values the ability to clearly communicate within all areas of the organization; listen educate and inform. You will practice inclusion and enjoy being a role model.
• Design and maintain an Enterprise Mobility Road map that aligns with the Cloud Infrastructure Road map.
• Architect Enterprise Mobility configurations and Create policies & processes considering best practices and industry standards.
• Design and maintain secure Enterprise Mobility solutions in conjunction with enterprise asset mgmt. platform and with multiple MDM solutions.
• Develop Modern Workplace strategies to empower users and enable productivity from anywhere.
• Maintain open clear communication with other technology team members.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex endtoend Enterprise solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP platform.
• Work with vendors architectsand lead engineers todefine best practices and evolve next generation capabilities and features.
• Design and engineer capabilities and features with the application engineer in mind making adoption easy.
• Participate in all phases of multiple project initiatives often concurrently including requirements gathering and analysis development design testing and production planning reviewing and approving deliverables.
• Create functional diagrams interface diagrams and technical design specifications as related to the business and project requirements.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to Product and Project management about shifts in scope requirements timelines and prioritization.
• Provide guidance and production support for a complex geographically distributed environment.
• Use critical thinking and background to look at complex problems offer feedback and guidance as to how to solve them and lead the team that delivers the ultimate solution.
• Lead a team of Engineers with varying levels of experience in a product work stream. Coach and contribute to the development of technical team members through consistent empathetic and kind guidance mentoring and learning sessions.
• Continue to identify opportunities for improvement and organize efforts/team members needed to address the areas of improvement.
• Remain current on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science
• Microsoft certifications ideally Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert & Modern Desktop Administrator certifications
• At least 8 years of Technology industry experience
• At least 3 years of experience performing architectural solution design for Cloud solutions.
• Ability to design and communicate technical/complex information concepts and decision points both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving capabilities
• Comfort working in complex and largescale environments.
• Understand and able to work within architectural frameworks.
• Strong ability to design and integrate device mgmt. with Enterprise asset mgmt. platform.
• Experience with Reporting and Analytics;Experience with PowerBI is a benefit.
• Extensive experience with Windows and MacOS device management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) MS Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) & Jamf Products.
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure AD Azure Policies Azure Monitor Azure Security Center Conditional Access implementing Azure RBAC and Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM & JIT)
• Proficient in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph scripting
• Successful track record delivering quality results on complex crossfunctional projects.
• Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.
