What you'll do:

• Serve as Senior Trust Officer overseeing various trusts, ensuring compliance with laws and trust terms.
• Onboard new trusts, reviewing documents, marshalling assets, and setting up internal accounts.
• Apply Nevada Probate Code principles and navigate tax implications for different trust types.
• Foster strong client relationships, engaging with grantors and beneficiaries.
• Determine beneficiary distributions and seek Trust Committee approval for discretionary distributions.
• Conduct annual reviews and assess investment advisor performance.
• Cultivate relationships with legal, financial, and tax professionals to enhance service and business growth.

Experience you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Trust Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law.
• Additional certifications such as JD, MBA, CTFA, CFP, or CPA are highly preferred.
• 8+ years of trust administration or planning experience, serving high net-worth clients ($1MM+).
• Expertise with ultra-high net worth families ($50MM+), complex assets, and sophisticated trust structures.
• Proven track record in navigating intricate trust and asset arrangements and delivering tailored client solutions.
• Previous familiarity with ClientPoint, TrustDesk, and/or OneSource is advantageous.
