Roles & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with business technology leaders to drive Agile initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Provide coaching and guidance on Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and delivery.
- Support the removal of impediments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Foster an environment of trust, respect, and open communication within the team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Previous Agile coaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude and a passion for driving team success.
