We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in Salesforce development, specifically in Apex code, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with the capability to design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions. This role necessitates a profound understanding of Salesforce architecture and development practices and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance Salesforce solutions that align with the organization's business needs.
What you’ll be doing: - Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Architect high-quality, scalable, and robust systems , ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and improvements.
- Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST APIs.
- Write robust code with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability, while following Salesforce best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed technical and process documentation.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs and middleware tools.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that best practices are followed and that code is optimized for performance.
- Lead the effort in automated testing, including unit tests and end-to-end testing, ensuring high code coverage and application stability.
- Manage deployment processes , including the use of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Additional Responsibilities - Occasionally perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as configuring and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, and automating business processes through Flows to support the broader team.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, helping to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives , suggesting enhancements to Salesforce solutions based on the latest trends and technologies.
What You’ll Bring: - Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required; Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification highly desirable.
- Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and development best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex Salesforce solutions from concept through deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills , with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills , with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools .
- Proven track record of leading development teams and mentoring team members.
- Architectural knowledge with the ability to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Strategic vision to contribute to the company's technological direction and innovation.
Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
