NOW HIRING: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative up to $95,000.00 OR MORE.

PERFECT FIT: Passionate and vibrant individuals with a background in fitness and membership related services including: Personal Training, Group Training, Coaching, Membership Advisors, Sales Representatives, Aesthetics, Retail, Inside Sales, Account Executives, Studio Managers, General Managers or Fitness Professionals looking to transition off the training floor and into a sales role. You'll be working directly with the Owner of this organization who is an Influencer and Personal Trainer and is running a thriving and successful wellness and recovery studio.

Must be ambitious, resilient and be able to work with autonomy and deliver results. This individual will promote one of our leading weight management solutions and will also advise clients on our overall wellness product offerings.

PREFERRED AVAILABILITY/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE:

Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 - 5:00 pm.

Wednesday & Thursday: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Friday: 8:30 - 12:30

Saturday: Some weekend coverage will be ideal for this match.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize a variety of methods to follow up with provided leads and potential customers, including phone calls, texts, emails, to generate as many in person consultations for yourself and the company as possible
• Educate and communicate the unique benefits of our Laser Lipo & Contrast (Cold plunge, Sauna, POD) programs with potential customers, emphasizing their effectiveness and value
• Overcome objections related to money, time and other concerns, using your problem-solving and negotiation skills to provide solutions and close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, driven by your hunger for success and desire to earn more money
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• A proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• A fearless attitude and a passion for closing deals, with a "never give up" attitude and a drive to succeed
• A great personality and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers both in-person and over the phone
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a talent for overcoming objections and winning over customers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset with a willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve success
• A hunger for success and a desire to earn big, with a love for commission-based incentives that reward hard work ($50,000.00-$100,000.00 OR MORE, UNCAPPED.)
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their desired body shape and a desire to become an expert in our Laser Lipo programs
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
