Joining our BDR Residency program ensures a smooth transition into the sales field, equipping you with the essential skills and knowledge to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify potential leads.
Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Communicate the value proposition clearly and persuasively to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with sales executives to refine prospecting strategies, customize messaging, and coordinate follow-up efforts.
Use our CRM system effectively to track and manage leads, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified appointments, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
Build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, maintaining a customer-centric approach and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
A strong desire to pursue a career in sales and a commitment to the full Residency program.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and articulate value propositions effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior sales experience or internships are a plus, but not required.
Full-time availability Monday through Friday (9 AM - 5 PM ET).
What We Offer:
A two-week unpaid training period followed by a 12-week paid Residency.

A competitive compensation package during the Residency, including a base salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus commissions of $20,000.
