• Pay: $23 - 26/hour DOE

• Location: 27875 SW Grahams Ferry Rd. Sherwood, OR 97140
• Schedule: Tues – Fri, 11 – 5:30p and Sat OR Sun, 8 – 3:30p. Full time, 30 – 35hrs/week; weekend availability required
• Store Hours:
  • Monday – Tuesday: Closed
  • Wednesday – Friday: 12 – 5p
  • Saturday – Sunday: 9a – 3p

Who We Are: Graham & Tooze Farm Store is located on a 4-acre farm rooted in big-hearted hospitality and love for the community. Over the last few years, Graham and Tooze has established itself as the “friendly farm in your backyard.” Known for our famously delicious farm fresh eggs (that typically sell out daily) we serve the Wilsonville and Sherwood communities, providing access to locally grown and cultivated goods.

Other qualifications include:

• Experience working in retail environments required.
• One year experience managing retail or service staff.
• Cash handling and register experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current unencumbered Oregon driver’s license and possession of personal vehicle.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.

Position Overview: The Retail Manager is responsible for managing the operations of Graham & Tooze by supervising retail team, creating and distributing schedules, managing inventory, completing ordering, greeting guests, responding to questions, improving engagement with offerings, and providing outstanding customer service. This position will operate cash registers, square system, manage financial transactions, and balance sales numbers.

A typical day will consist of:

• Opening and closing duties.
• Cash register counts.
• Keep the store organized and tidy.
• Manage inventory and order and pick up stock as needed.
• Management, training, and coaching of store associates, including creating and maintaining employee schedules.
• Ensure that items are priced and labeled correctly.
• Provide customers information about products, current specials, and promotions.
• Create meaningful interactions and relationships through being open and engaging, getting to know the customers and their needs, and sharing advice from their own likes and experiences.
• Take the initiative to understand our company goals, promotions, and product offerings.
• Support daily processes, maintain product and visual standards, and adapt in the quick-paced store environment.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
