A Wireless dealer experiencing continuous growth is hiring a Retail District Sales manager to manage multiple stores in Connecticut!

The Retail District Sales Manager supports functions essential to the sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota setting/management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, recruiting and selection of sales force talent.
The Retail District Sales Manager is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned market. They will work directly with store personnel within their market to achieve Company sales goals and KPI minimum requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives the market to achieve excellence in Sales and Customer Service
Oversees all retail operations, sales operations and insures that all training and compliance initiatives are met.
Supports coaching and employee engagement and development within the assigned territory.
Hires, manages and develops Store Managers and Assistant Managers in the assigned territory.
Travels to locations to inspect store operations and performance.
Proactively provides feedback to senior management to in order to resolve issues or improve processes.
Participates in other duties and projects as assigned by the Sales Director and/or Area Vice President.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree preferred
5 or more years of experience in Wireless Retail
5 or more years of multi-unit experience
REQUIRED WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires the availability and flexibility to travel as needed to meet the Company/Territory needs.
