LEAD is seeking experienced Construction Leadership candidates with residential shell construction experience to join an established and continuously growing construction team here in the Orlando, FL Area!

This role is for experienced early to mid level construction leadership candidates with a desire to achieve and lead teams as a Shell Construction Superintendent. Requirements, Compensation and Benefits are below.

Requirements – Must have

2yrs minimum house framing
2yrs minimum home construction
2yrs minimum home concrete slabs and foundation experience
Experience managing 3 or more people, crews, or teams. Conflict resolving skills, great communication skills.
Knowledge of Florida building codes
Experience budgeting, forecasting, meeting deadlines, ordering materials, conducting progress meetings.
Experience scheduling manpower, orders, subcontractors, and meetings.
Able to perform frame walks and final walks, noting problems and taking corrective action as needed.
Safety orientated and implemented comprehensive safety program which meets all OSHA requirements.
Experience doing walk throughs with property managers, subcontractors, management team, vendors, and others.
OSHA-10
Basic Computer skills

Added Plus

College degree in related field
Experience in block masonry and concrete work.
General Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Drywall
Previous work experience with similar companies to Ryan Homes, Lennar Homes, and others.
OSHA-30 or higher
Experience as Assistant/Superintendent

Compensation $50K-$75K
