We are in search of an enthusiastic Real Estate Recruiter to join our team and help us find ambitious new agents who can thrive in our rapidly expanding business. Your role will involve reaching out to agents, assessing their qualifications against our standards, and evaluating their fit for our team culture. The ideal candidate will be personable, adept at managing relationships with multiple candidates simultaneously. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building an exceptional real estate team.

Please Note: This is a remote position based in Virginia with a commission-based compensation structure.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively recruit entry-level agents with high potential through cold calling, emailing, networking events, and other communication channels to enhance our real estate sales team.
- Manage the hiring process, coordinate interviews, provide recommendations to hiring managers based on suitability for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected.
- Regularly update the team on the success of recruiting strategies implemented.
- Utilize job boards to advertise positions and attract prospective real estate team members.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Support and guide new recruits during their onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify staffing needs and objectives.
- Represent our company at industry events and career fairs.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in online job posting platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
- Previous experience in real estate or recruiting preferred.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving goals.
- Ability to establish and nurture professional relationships.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Remote position; Must be located in Virginia.
