Job Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects that align with the practice's strategic goals. This individual will work closely with department heads, clinicians, and administrative staff to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring a seamless transition for implemented changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage projects such as clinic expansions, system upgrades, operational improvements, and patient experience enhancements.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and milestones.
Develop detailed project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess success and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and patient-centric practices.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
