We are seeking a Maine Professional Licensed Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated individuals with a passion for land surveying and a desire to lead and manage a variety of survey projects.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a variety of survey projects, including residential boundary and site/civil development
- Oversee all aspects of survey projects, from proposal planning to project completion
- Conduct deed research, field calculations, and project oversight
- Perform solo or crew field work as needed
- Utilize survey data collection software and tools such as Carlson Software and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Maintain accurate digital file management and project documentation
- Ensure effective communication with team members and clients
Qualifications:
- Maine Professional Land Surveyor Registration required
- Progressive experience in land surveying, including field work, deed research, and office calculations
- Bachelor’s degree in a survey-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proficiency in Carlson Software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and survey data collection software preferred
- Experience in project management is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and team-oriented attitude with a desire for continuous growth and leadership development
