Job Description

Introduction: We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in workflows, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations across various departments within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and proposed changes.
  • Create documentation such as process maps, procedures, SOPs and guidelines.
  • Monitor and measure implemented process improvements to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.
  • Train employees on new processes and provide ongoing support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools e.g. Lucidchart and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
