We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Architect to lead our Science & Technology Studio. If you are a motivated leader with a passion for architectural design and project management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you will be at the forefront of multiple exciting projects, engaging with the healthcare studio in thought leadership, and actively contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the programming and design of multiple projects in the Science & Technology sector.
Provide thought leadership and collaborate with healthcare studio principals and project managers.
Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the studio.
Manage staff, projects, and client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
Engage in marketing efforts to expand the studio's reach and client base.
Qualifications:
Licensed Architect with current registration in MA (NH and ME registration is a plus but not required).
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Science & Technology projects, with expertise in both design and project management.
Proven experience managing multiple healthcare projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire and lead teams.
A passion for innovative design and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
