Pharmacy Technician Supervisor Job Description The Pharmacy Fulfillment Supervisor will oversee and lead the packaging/dispensing, bulk fulfillment, staging, and delivery teams while also fulfilling pharmacy-related duties such as filling and packaging. This role requires a blend of supervisorial and hands-on responsibilities to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure that packaging activities meet operational needs. Responsibilities Provide direct oversight and leadership to packaging/dispensing, bulk fulfillment, staging, and delivery teams. Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure packaging activities meet operational needs. Coordinate packaging, dispensing, and staging activities efficiently. Meet delivery deadlines through effective coordination. Assist in the hiring process to build a skilled and dedicated team. Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and best practices.
