Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote)

Description: Network Runners, Inc. (NRI) is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper. Experience with Federal Government Contracting and QuickBooks is required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains records of financial transactions by monitoring accounts and preparing reports.
• Balances accounts by reconciling entries
• Maintains historical records by filing documents
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications, Skills, Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
• DOD/Government experience is highly preferred
• Experienced using QuickBooks
• Must be able to analyze information, deal with complexity, and report search results
• Must have data entry skills, attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality and thoroughness
• HR Skills and Payroll Preferred
