What We’re Looking For

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Technical knowledge to operate machinery
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shift
• Ability to lift, twist, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift 35 pounds

What You’ll Do as an Operations Lead

• Actively mentor/coach a safe work culture through employee engagement
• Ensure that all MAU Personnel Conduct Rules are maintained
• Perform safety audits
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are being followed
• Communication of work assignments, priorities, and turnover between shifts
• Identify employee training needs and escalate them to the shift supervisor or superintendent
• Identify areas of workforce improvement and address areas of concern with supervisor
• Ensure that all supervisors/superintendents are aware of any employees who will be absent
• Conduct quality review of employees
• Observe and report any safety concerns or violations
• Immediately report all issues regarding safety, housekeeping, damage, or concerns to supervisor
• Perform other tasks as assigned
