Node.js Developer

At IMEG, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Node.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Node.js Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure APIs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adhere to coding standards.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Node.js development.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and related tools.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a GitHub profile showcasing personal projects.
