What Role You Will Play In Our Team
- Estimate daily production sales volumes and track multiple production, transportation and well-head imbalances
- Perform gas scheduling functions related to accurate and timely plant / pipeline nominations
- Utilize multiple Electronic Bulletin Board systems to submit daily nominations as well as monitor pipeline notices for maintenance and other operational postings
- Monitor and resolve volumetric discrepancies / pipeline cuts
- Develop and maintain relationships with traders, contract administers, essential field personnel, midstream contacts and downstream pipeline representatives
- Act as a liaison with volume accounting for pipeline statement and invoice reconciliation
- Maintain/Develop scheduling spreadsheets for tracking nominations and imbalances to aid in the optimization of daily gas flows and sales
- Read, understand, and retain key commercial contract terms for your scheduling area
- Train with other schedulers for backup purposes when other schedulers are out
About You
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
Candidates should be self-motivated and focused on achieving business results through a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural global team. Skill requirements are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience required, 5+ years of experience is desired
- Knowledge and experience with the Allegro ETRM system a plus
- Strong verbal / written communications skills
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Role requires analytical ability and creativity in problem solving
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations
- Deep understanding of intrastate, interstate and gathering nomination/sales process
- Role requires 24x7 responsibility of scheduling area with after hours rotation
