Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Dynamics 365/CRM solutions with other system.
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, views and build standard or custom reports
  • Design and build web applications, web API, console applications, window services to integrate with D365CS
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on leveraging Dynamics 365 to optimize their business processes and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet client-specific needs, leveraging the platform's capabilities and tools.
  • Oversee the development of customizations, integrations, and extensions using Power Platform and other relevant technologies.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support knowledge transfer and user adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and features of Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients and internal teams

 

Qualification

  • Extensive experience working as a consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with a focus on CRM, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Dynamics 365 implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • High level collaboration with demonstrated ability working on multiple teams in large or complex environments such as multi time zones and geographies on deadline-driven schedules.
