Join our dynamic team in the heart of Bentonville, where you'll have the opportunity to redefine "Big Data" and make a real impact at the world's largest retailer. In this role you'll function as a Data Insights Manager at Walmart Connect. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Emerging Sales team within our Retail Media Advertising business to help facilitate the team's understanding of business health and goal achievement levels through managing big data sets and providing real-time business intelligence insights.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Analysis: Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources to generate insightful reports. Utilize analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service by resolving issues, answering queries, and delivering solutions based on defined policies and practices.
Market Insight Provision: Communicate data insights and global market trends affecting the business. Propose improvements based on these insights to support departmental and leadership decisions and goals.
Process Management: Establish timelines, workflows, and requirements to ensure efficiency and compliance across different areas of the business.
Project Management: Handle project management tasks using project tracking tools like Jira, Workfront, and ServiceNow.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30029:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
