RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are looking for Fabrication Equipment Operator (Machine Operator) in Sacramento, CA . If you are able to fulfill the job responsibilities below, APPLY NOW!

Employment: Direct hire

Work Schedule: Mon – Thurs 10-hour days. 6:00 am or 7 am start time (Possibility of overtime).

Responsibilities:

• Operate Peddinghaus and Voortman fabrication equipment, including a 3-axis drill line, 4-axis layout marker, band saws, plate processors, angle processors, and a 7-axis robotic coper.
• Ensure proper setup and calibration of equipment for each job.
• Follow work orders and blueprints to accurately complete fabrication tasks.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Familiarity with operating Peddinghaus and Voortman fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.
