Required Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent from a State or Federal accrediting organization. Previous library experience OR general clerical/customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with library standards and procedures. Experience with ALMA (Library Automation System), GIL-Find Online Catalog, GIL Express, GALILEO. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities KNOWLEDGE Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases. SKILLS Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and customer service skills. ABILITIES Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and collaboratively. Ability to multi-task effectively and with flexibility in a dynamic working environment. Self-motivated with excellent time management. Shift/Salary/Benefits Shift: Part-time; Weekday mornings (or other shifts as needed) This position is a Part-Time position - .40 FTE (16.0 hrs per week).
