1st shift, with some weekend work required.



Key Responsibilities:


As a Leasing Agent, you will:

• Conduct Apartment Tours : Give prospective tenants engaging and informative tours, showcasing the unique features and amenities of our apartments.
• Handle Applications : Manage the entire application process, from reviewing to verifying information and communicating with applicants.
• Respond to Inquiries : Provide accurate and helpful information via phone, email, or in-person about our properties, leasing terms, and availability.
• Facilitate Lease Renewals : Work with current tenants to smoothly renew leases, addressing any concerns that arise.
• Website Management : Monitor inquiries and applications from our website, ensuring prompt responses and up-to-date information.
• Verify Property Information : Ensure prospective tenants have the correct details about the property, including amenities, lease terms, and policies.
• Work Order Management : Process and coordinate work orders to ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly.
• Assist with Rent Collection : Help manage rent payments, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping.

• Tech-Savvy : Proficient with Microsoft Office and leasing software such as Yardi or Rent Manager.
