Belay Technologies is seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our intel team.

Candidates should have the following qualifications: 

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Eight (8) years of WD experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
Four (4) years of experience as a WD in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

User Experience (UX) Design
Adobe Illustrator
Knowledge of analyst's workflows and use cases.
Ability to transform user requests into clean, multi-faceted solutions that will support a broad range of users with varying workflows.
Provides mock-ups in Illustrator of new features, receives feedback from the analysts and developer community, and updates mock-ups accordingly.
Keeps 508 compliance in mind when providing solutions.
Designs overall look and feel for the ICON web-app. Familiarity with Knowledge Management and Curation (KMC) tool suite
