We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development initiatives and infrastructure projects in a complex, highly regulated environment. The role involves guiding Agile teams through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, oversee project staff, and drive process improvements while maintaining high-quality deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in remote work settings and can balance multiple projects while promoting team accountability and continuous improvement.
· Lead Agile software development teams to deliver software applications and infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
· Develop and evaluate project processes to ensure consistency, manage scope changes, and maintain project plans and budgets.
· Monitor deliverable quality, identify improvements, and ensure outputs meet standards and agreements.
· Communicate regularly with stakeholders, gather feedback, and foster strong working relationships.
· Manage risks, resolve issues, motivate project teams, and promote ownership and efficiency.
· Coordinate project initiation and planning to align with strategic goals and application roadmaps.
· Demonstrate advanced project management skills, independent judgment, and initiative in achieving project objectives.
Requirements
· 8+ years of experience working with software application teams, SDLC, PMLC, and Agile Scrum methodology.
· 3+ years of experience with Power BI and data lake environments.
· Strong leadership and project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex projects.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and apply sound judgment.
· Commitment to continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and fostering team growth.
· Experience in education or public sector projects is a plus.
