We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inpatient Pharmacist Night Lead to join our multidisciplinary care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical services, including monitoring patient drug therapies, interpreting medication orders, and offering drug information to patients and healthcare professionals. The position involves working closely with support staff and overseeing pharmacy operations during the night shift.
