Kelly® Professional & Industrial, is seeking a Remote HR Consultant for our client, one of our top clients, consumer security solutions company located in Frisco, TX.

Work Schedule: M-F 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $45.00 per hour
Duration of the Contract: 6 Months with possibility of conversion
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description

• Support the performance management process by addressing performance issues and facilitating discussions with managers and People Business Partners.
• Provide recommendations on disciplinary actions and terminations according to McAfee policies and best practices and in partnership with HR Compliance and Employment counsel.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of performance management practices
• Collect learnings and make recommendations for process improvement
• Partner with Learning & Development to create and deliver training for People Business Partners.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, programs, laws, issues and culture norms for majority of McAfee geographies (U.S., Canada, India, EU).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in performance management and/ or employee relations REQUIRED
• Ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and geographies.
• Ability to convey opinions and recommendations both in verbal and writing.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work globally and effectively manage stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data.
• Flexibility to work across time zones as needed
