As a Fundraising Coordinator within UCLA Health Sciences Development, you can build your career while assisting the efforts of our Hospital Initiatives and Boards team. We are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator with strong administrative skills to support the work we do with our boards such as managing board meetings and associated logistics. Meeting planning is a strong component of this role and you will be involved in the planning, preparation and day-of support of our board and committee meetings ensuring their smooth and successful execution. You will build meaningful relationships with donors and colleagues by assisting with scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, responding to inquiries, managing information and travel planning if needed. This is a great opportunity learn about fundraising as you provide critical organization and planning skills to our team, hone your customer service skills and work on a wide variety of projects that support our programs and initiatives.
