Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk/Office Assistant to join our team at American Medical Rentals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in clerical tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a professional office environment and gain valuable administrative experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Computer literacy for data entry and file management
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls professionally
- Clerical experience in an office setting
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures (preferred)
- Proficiency in Brightree (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills to maintain files systematically
- Administrative capabilities to assist with various office tasks
