Faculty Positions in Organizational Behavior
The Graduate School of Business seeks to hire tenure-track faculty in micro-organizational behavior beginning September 1, 2025. Applicants should possess a strong research background and an interest in the study of organizations and organizational behavior broadly defined, and the ability to teach effectively in both MBA and PhD programs. The search is open to junior candidates with a micro-OB orientation. Applicants should have or expect to complete a PhD in a relevant domain by September 1, 2025.

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Assistant Professor: $225,000 - $245,000
Associate Professor: $235,000 - $285,000
Stanford University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
