As an Events Assistant at Sociaxe, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure all logistical details are managed efficiently and contribute to delivering high-quality experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Help manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Monitor and report on event success, providing post-event feedback.
• Handle administrative tasks related to event planning, including booking venues, organizing materials, and managing guest lists.
• Provide onsite support during events, addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in event planning or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
