: As an Events Assistant at Polous, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. You will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure that all event logistics are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Support the Events Manager in organizing event materials and ensuring all resources are in place.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure smooth event operations.
• Manage event registrations and track attendance.
• Handle on-site event coordination, including setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
• Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, agendas, and feedback surveys.
• Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.

Qualifications

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
