You will work closely with the Events Coordinator and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event operations, helping to create impactful experiences for our clients and their audiences. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from concept to execution.
• Manage event logistics, including vendor communication, scheduling, and on-site support.
• Help with venue selection, event materials preparation, and promotional activities.
• Ensure events run smoothly by managing set-up, registration, and customer service.
• Maintain post-event reports, analyzing the success of each event and suggesting improvements.
