As an Events Assistant at DigiTalkTell, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Your role will involve collaborating with the events team to ensure that all aspects of the events are handled efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for event management and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including conferences, workshops, and networking functions.
• Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
• Prepare event materials, including presentations, handouts, and promotional items.
• Manage event registrations and guest lists, including sending invitations and tracking RSVPs.
• Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
