We are seeking a dynamic Benefits Specialist Manager to join our growing team. This role combines the thrill of sales with the satisfaction of exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide expert guidance on benefit plans and options.
• Lead and mentor a team of Benefits Specialists.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
