LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading commercial real estate company in the heart of downtown Chicago, who is looking to add an Entry-Level Finance Clerk to their team!  As an Entry-Level Finance Clerk , you will play a vital role in supporting their finance department's daily operations. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or entry-level professional with a strong interest in finance and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic organization. 

Entry-Level Finance Clerk Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable 

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records 

• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts 

• Support month-end and year-end close processes 

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures 

• Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations 

Entry-Level Finance Clerk Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Basic understanding of financial principles 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

• Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
