What you'll do...
As the Director, Program Management & Policy Development , you will provide overall direction to Associate Relations program managers by evaluating business objectives and customer needs and implementing strategies, plans and practices to address objectives and needs. You will garner necessary resources, manage risks, identify key performance indicators, and conduct ROI analysis to measure outcomes to ensure desired results. You will also work to drive associate and business outcomes while navigating cross-functional stakeholders and leaders. Ultimately, the Director of Program Management is responsible for driving program success to evolve the business. A key area of this team includes multiple policy-related projects with a focus on policy modernization and simplification while maintaining compliance. The team is also responsible for Associate & Labor Relations Technology and our new Open Door Digital-in-Facility process that ensures associates can connect directly to their leaders on open door related concerns.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an innovative, collaborative and progressive leader with exceptional business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions in a highly complex and rapidly evolving environment. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
