This leadership role requires a dynamic and strategic individual who can manage nursing staff, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and drive continuous improvement in patient care.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management: Provide the postpartum nursing staff leadership, mentorship, and support. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and guidelines.Education and Training: Provide ongoing education and training for nursing staff on best practices, new technologies, and changes in care protocols.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.Licensure: Current RN license in Texas. Certification in Postpartum Nursing or a related field is highly desirable.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in postpartum or maternal-child nursing, with at least three years in a leadership or management role.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
