ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights, expanding our reach and increasing brand awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and assessing performance of marketing initiatives to drive new client acquisition and current client engagement. You will be an essential partner to generate demand, leveraging data to create powerful touchpoints for each stage of the marketing funnel. This position requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and technical proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital brand awareness strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Partner with business development leaders to execute lead gen and nurturing strategies across all stages of the business development funnel
  • Utilize a variety of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, and social media to attract and engage target audiences
  • Manage the MQL process, including lead attribution model
  • Manage and execute marketing and sales email campaigns within CRM (Dynamics 365)
  • Optimize landing pages, website forms, and conversion paths to improve lead capture and conversion rates
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI, to track the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Generate actionable recommendations based on data insights to drive decision-making and improve marketing outcomes

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role, including experience with multi-touch lead attribution tools
  • Demonstrable experience creating, executing and measuring B2B lead gen strategies
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email platforms such as Hubspot, Constant Contact, MailChimp or similar
  • Track record in managing SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets; ability to communicate insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance
