Your primary responsibility is to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes flights, hotels, rental cars, theme park tickets, and other travel itineraries.

• Strong communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and travel suppliers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Attention to detail: You need to ensure that all travel arrangements are accurate and meet the client's needs and preferences.
• Sales skills: You should be able to promote travel packages and upsell services to clients.
• Computer proficiency: You will need to use online travel booking platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other tools to manage client information and bookings.
• Time management: You will be responsible for managing your own schedule and meeting deadlines for booking travel arrangements.
• Industry knowledge: You should be familiar with travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Citizen of the United States or Mexico
