Role Overview:
As a Data Entry professional, you'll be a key player in managing important applications and documents to prevent fraudulent use. Your primary responsibilities will include entering and verifying data in our systems, such as the DAVE and DocuWare applications. You'll also scan, index, and manage paper-based records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

In addition to data entry, you may assist with customer support and help colleagues with departmental tasks. You'll be expected to provide backup for similar positions as needed.

Position Details:

Onsite: 100% onsite for the first 6 months
Remote Flexibility: After training, you may be able to work remotely for up to 2 days a week
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and verify data into DAVE and DocuWare systems
Scan, index, and organize paper-based documents
Assist with customer inquiries and support related to application usage
Provide backup support for other positions and team members
