Job Summary:
We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role involves entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
Maintain and organize records of data entry tasks and activities.
Review and correct data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure data integrity.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Generate reports as required from the data systems.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets and deadlines.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with data management and office software.
Basic understanding of databases and data entry procedures.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems.
Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
